Slacker... yes... Weekend over too quickly again. But it was somewhat productive so I guess that's something.
So for Saturday... Despite having low energy levels I managed to put down a brew. First one of the year and I'm quite excited to see how this one works out. It's the first one where I designed the recipe myself. So far I've hit my OG, the colour looks right and the wort tasted gooood. So I'm quietly expecting good things. We shall see.
Sunday... well Sunday was supposed to be the first kayak of the year but the wind we were feeling and the wind they were predicting were not the same. But I did manage to get a hell of a lot of sewing done. Matching shirt (groan) for nephew 2 is almost complete. Dress (!) for me is almost complete but I've hit a slight technical difficulty so it's on hold until I get supplies to improvise.
